Due to health and safety regulations, all e-liquids, opened items, and used products are final sale.

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items or defective hardware.

1. Unopened ItemsYou may return unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
2. Defective or Incorrect ItemsIf you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will issue a replacement or store credit upon verification. Photographic or video proof may be required.
